ARCHITECTURAL SYMBOLS
APS Architectural Symbols is a collection of several tools, commands, and blocks to speed up the process of
referencing and noting drawings. This system makes it easy to note and reference
your drawings but takes it a step further by making it easy to KEEP all the
references pointed to the correct place even if they move.
We started with simple blocks. We then made custom commands to speed and
simplify the process of inserting callouts and noting drawings. We then created
a system that dynamically references your set of drawings and changes your
callouts automatically if a drawing changes its location and/or sheet. No more
chasing drawing callouts all over the set when a detail moves. The next time a
drawing with a callout is opened the callout updates automatically to the new
location.
