APS DETAILER

If you create details and/or wall sections this set of commands will save you more time than anything else we sell. This is our strongest product for a reason. It does the job and does it well.

APS Detailer is a collection of commands that are grouped together to make a system that allows you to create materials quickly. Each material allows you to create common sizes and types where applicable. Detailing is all about quickly and clearly conveying a built condition. These tools are designed to make that process fast and easy.

Use this system with Revit™.  Even with the new advanced 3D CAD systems available these tools are still the most efficient way to create details and detailed sections. Use these tools to create details and wall sections in AutoCAD and then link them into Revit™ and other 3D modeling software. In Revit™ create a drafting view and link in the details you create in AutoCAD & APS. Use standard view titles to reference the details inside of Revit but use this software to create the "pictures". You will save yourself a lot of headache and time.

All the materials use one of several custom methods of insertion so you can insert it exactly where it needs to go quickly and without fuss. No more inserting a material only to have to move it to where it needs to go.

The materials have all common sizes and types for you to choose from and most are able to create custom sizes so your details are more accurate. For more information on any of the material commands select the material either in the image above or from the list of commands below.

CAD solutions from the trenches

We have invested over 20 years in the development and testing of this software and we know that it can GREATLY improve the speed and accuracy of your production drafting. 

How can we be sure? The software developers and programmers here at KLH Software all have a minimum of 12 years working full time drafting in either an architectural or residential design firm and must also do some production drafting on a regular basis. This keeps us firmly rooted in what the needs are in the production drafting environment. There is no "this sounds like it might be helpful" spoken here. All our commands and systems are designed and tested by people who actually use them. This insures that while our commands are feature rich, they don't get bogged down with too many "options" that get in the way of getting the job done quickly and efficiently.
