We hope you will never have to use this troubleshooting help system, but if you do, we want to make sure that you find resolution to your problem quickly and easily. Select the area that you are having a problem with:

• Common problems
  • When I open a drawing all my layers are turned off
     
  • I have smiley faces () in the toolbars where APS commands should be
     
  • All of the APS commands give me an "Unknown command..."
     
  • Problems with the Screen Menu when using Layer Schemes
     
  • The "____" comes in on the wrong layer. Where do I set the layers on which things will be inserted and/or created?.
