Possible solutions:

• To change the text callout that is inserted for each of the doors and windows (this includes text size, text style, justification, color/lineweight, and text location) you must modify the block that is inserted. See Customizing Door and Window Callout Blocks. 
   
• If you need to change the text description's text value for one or more of the door or window types use the APS-CONFIG command and go to Floor Plan Cmds then press the "ALLCALL" Command button. Configure the "Callout Symbol Text Descriptions" for the door or window type that you need to change. Click here for more on how to configure ALLCALL.

I tried this and it still doesn't work.
