Breakdown of configuration options

Color and Lineweight for Dimensional Lumber

Command affected:  CMU

Select the color and lineweight for the outline of the lumber (how to select colors). If you are using release 14 or earlier the lineweight value will have no effect, but we encourage you to set it so you won't have to later when you upgrade.

Scale Factor to Omit Hatching

Command affected:  CMU

This value controls the scale factor that is the "cut off" for whether the hatch below is used. If the drawing's scale factor is below or equal to this number the hatch will be drawn. If it is above this number it will not be drawn. If you don't want hatch to be drawn no matter what the scale of the drawing enter 0 (zero). How to figure the scale factor.
