If you would like to adjust the size of the APS leader arrowheads you may do it
here. Each arrowhead size is scaled by the values entered here. Entering a value
of 2.0 would double the size of the arrowhead while entering 0.5 would
make the arrowhead half the size it is now.
The dot value is the diameter of the dot when drawn at full scale. The
value is scaled with the scale of the drawing.

There are three ways that the leaders can attach to MText: From the center, from
the center w/ a line the height/width of the text, or from the top left and
bottom right "ends" of the text. Click the box that shows the style that you
would like to use.

Select which type of text you would like the "Leader w/ Text" commands to use,
Dynamic Text (Standard Text) or Multi-line Text.
