Breakdown of configuration options
Command affected: MATLIST

This is where you specify the properties for the title text for the
material list.
Font file: Press the "Browse..." button to browse for the font file to use for the
title text style. You may select a
standard AutoCAD text font file .SHX, a true type
font .TTF (how
to specify a TrueType font), or a .PFB/.PFA font file to use
for this text. This font file along with the width factor below will be used to
create a text style called "APS-MLMTTL". This style may be used just as you would
any other text style, but this one will always use the values defined here.
Title Color and lineweight: Select the color and lineweight for the
title text (how
to select colors). If you are using release 14 or earlier the
lineweight value will have no effect, but we encourage you to set it so you
won't have to later when you upgrade.
Text Height: Enter the height that you would like the
title text to be. This height value
should be what you would use in a full scale drawing (scale factor = 1.0). The
actual size of the text that the MATLIST
command creates is
scaled with the scale of the drawing so it will always be the correct size.
Width Factor: Enter the width factor that you would like for the
title text style. This
width factor along with the font file above will be used to create a text style
called "APS-MLMTTL".

Often when using various font styles for the material key definitions an
adjustment to the text wrap will need to be made. Specify a value here that will
allow the text in the material key to fill the entire width of the material key
list without extending beyond the border (if shown). 1.0 is normal but you may
specify a larger value to get the text to go farther to the right before
wrapping to the next line. A scale factor less than 1.0 will make the lines of
text shorter. This value must be larger than zero. It may take several tries to
find the perfect value to use for the font style you select.
