Command: ANGSEC

The following dialog will appear:

The button will take you to the main selection screen of the detailer command.

The button brings you to this web page for help during the command (without canceling)

Select the size angle that you would like. Note: the angles are sorted from smallest to largest with the longer leg dimension first. So if you were looking for an angle that was 3"x2" scroll down to the 3" angles.

Once an angle size has been selected the thickness choices appear. Select the thickness for the angle.

Select point for the corner of the angle:

Select the point. The endpoint and intersection snaps are added to your running object snaps if not already being used.

Select a point along longest leg:

Ortho is turned on for this point. (Turn it off with <F8> or to draw other angles.) Select the point. This point shows the command the direction to draw the longest leg of the angle. The nearest snap is added to your running object snaps if not already being used. The length of the line drawn does not affect the size of the angle.

Select side for short leg:

Select a point on the side that you would like the angle to go. A dashed white line shows the direction of the longest leg for reference.

--The angle is drawn--
