SAMPLE BUILDING SECTION CUT BUBBLE COMMAND SYNTAX:

(This symbol is not set up in the default architectural symbols screen of the block library. If you would like to use this command you will need to add it. See below for command format & Customizing Architectural Symbols in the Block Library.)

Once set up, the command would do the following when selected from where it was added:

Select line/polyline near end of cut-line:

Select the line or polyline near the end that you would like the callout "bubble" to go.

--the callout "bubble" is inserted and if so configured you will be prompted for attribute values now--

[If configured to insert arrow blocks]

The default setup does not insert arrow blocks for detail section cuts. These additional steps would only take place if you have customized the detail section cuts to insert an arrow and/or wing blocks.

Select side to point arrow:

Select a point anywhere on the side that the section cut is "looking".

--the direction arrow & wings (if any) are inserted--

[End - If configured to insert arrow blocks]
