DRAWING SCALE

The drawing scale command tells you the size and scale factor of the current drawing based on the LIMITS and DIMSCALE of the drawing. The size given is the plotted sheet size.

SAMPLE DWGSCALE COMMAND SYNTAX:

Command: DWGSCALE

--the plotted sheet size and scale will be displayed on the command line--

Example:

If the drawing was set up with a DIMSCALE value of 96 and the limits were set to Bottom Left corner at 0.00,0.00 and Top Right corner at 3456.00,2304.00 the following information would be displayed:

Sheet Size: 24.0000 x 36.0000          Scale of Drawing: 1/8"=1'-0"
