HATCH RELATIVE

Command to create hatches with a user defined start point. This can be especially useful when using patterns like brick.

User configurable options: none

Layers:

• The hatch patterns will be inserted on whatever layer is current.

Known limitations:

• When using this hatch command you must select objects to hatch, you cannot select areas (boundaries) like the BHATCH command. If you do a lot of hatching that needs a specified base point, we recommend using the DETLHATCH, PLANHATCH, and ELEVHATCH commands. They allow you to specify base points for hatch and can hatch an area by selecting in internal point.

Command: HR  
Command: HATCHREL

Pattern (? or name) <ANSI31>:

Enter the name of the hatch that you want to use.

Scale for pattern <1.0000>:

Enter the scale for the hatch.

Angle for pattern <0.000>:

Enter the angle for the hatch.

Enter hatch pattern start point:

Enter the point that you would like the pattern to start from.

Select objects:

Select the objects that you would like to hatch.

--the hatch pattern is created--
