INSERT DRAWING TITLES

These commands create drawing titles. There are currently four title commands: INSTITLE1, INSTITLE2, INSTITLE3, and INSTITLE4. Each is meant to insert a slightly different style of drawing title. INSTITLE1 is designed to insert the drawing location circle on an existing title. INSTITLE2 and INSTITLE3 insert the entire drawing title and INSTITLE4 inserts the entire drawing title with a bar scale at the right end of the title. Each title can have its appearance customized and the titles are ready to be referenced if you edit them using either the DCTXTEDT and/or TXTEDT commands.
