INTERIOR ELEVATION SYMBOL

This command inserts an interior elevation symbol at a specified point. The scale of the symbol is automatically adjusted for the scale of the drawing.

The reference symbol used in this command is designed to use the APS drawing referencing system and can be linked to an APS drawing title using either the DCTXTEDT or TXTEDT commands.

  (select symbol from the architectural symbols screen of the block library)

Insertion point:

Select the point to insert the symbol.

A Note on how this symbol works

  

The default interior elevation symbol is made up of 5 parts. The center circle, which contains the attribute for the sheet number reference, and four direction arrows, each with a sheet location attribute.

  

The symbol is inserted exploded so that the pieces come in separately. This allows you to erase any of the direction arrows that you don't need.
