CENTERED LARGE TITLE TEXT

This command enters center justified dynamic text with the size and style for large title text. The size of the text is automatically adjusted with the scale factor of the drawing so the text will always be the same size on the plotted sheet no matter the scale. 

User configurable options: 

• Text font
• Width factor
• Text Height (for full size drawing - this value will then be adjusted w/ the scale factor of the drawing)

Layers:

• If you are using "No Layer Control" the text will be inserted on whatever layer is current. See the Layer Control section of the APS Configuration Utility.

• The default layer type for this text is "Notes & Leaders".
  • If you are using "Direct Layer Assignment" the layer name is assigned to this layer type in the Layer assignments portion of the Layer Control section of the APS-CONFIG command.
  • If you are using "Layer Schemes" the layer name is assigned to this layer type in the Assigning Layer Names to Layer Types portion of the SCHEMEDIT command.

  The layer type for this command can be changed in the Assigning Layer Types to Commands portion of the Layer Control section of the APS-CONFIG command.

Specify start point for large title text:

Select the starting point for the text.

 

Specify rotation angle or use the [A]ng[L]e/[D]irection dialog: <0.0000>:

Specify the rotation angle by selecting a point, type in an angle, press "A", "L", or "D" to use the AngLe/Direction dialog, or press <Enter> / <Space> to have the text rotation be 0.0.

 

Enter text:

Type the text that you would like. Enter as many lines as you would like and move the "I" beam cursor to new locations by picking a new point just as you would in standard AutoCAD's dynamic text. Press the <Enter> key twice to stop.
