OVAL AREA CALLOUT SYMBOL
This command "calls out" any area that can be contained in an oval. The scale of the symbol is
automatically adjusted for the scale of the drawing.
The reference symbol used in this command is designed to use the APS drawing
referencing system and can be linked to an APS drawing title using either the DCTXTEDT
or TXTEDT commands.

SAMPLE OVAL AREA CALLOUT COMMAND SYNTAX:
Specify center point for callout bubble:
Select the point to insert the symbol. If you have configured it so
that you are prompted for attribute values immediately, you will be prompted
for them now.

Specify direction and length of first leg:
Orthomode is turned on for this point. (Turn it off with <F8> or
to draw other angles.) Once this second point is selected the "leg" line is drawn.

Specify point for the center of the first circle:
Orthomode is turned off for this point. Select a point in the center of one
end of the area that you are calling out.

Specify circle radius:
"Show" the command how large to make the circle or enter a value.

Specify center of second circle for other end:
Specify the point. This point will show the command how long and in what
direction to create the oval.
