STRETCH CROSSING

Equivalent AutoCAD command:  STRETCH

Added functionality,  features, or special conditions:

• Always uses the crossing option so there is no need to always enter the "C" for Crossing.

User configurable options: none

Known limitations:

• Cannot immediately use the crossing polyline option. Use the STRETCHCP command or you can first draw the crossing window for this command and then type in "CP" at the prompt to use the crossing polygon window option for your stretch. The information for the initial crossing window will be discarded and the crossing polygon window information will be used.

• Submit a limitation not listed.

SAMPLE STRETCHC COMMAND SYNTAX:

Specify first corner:

Select the first corner of the crossing window. 

 

Specify opposite corner:

Select the second corner of the crossing window.

Select objects:

Press <Enter> or <Space>. If you do another crossing window or crossing polygon the first window's information of what it crossed will be lost. This is a GOOD thing if you need to redo the window otherwise always just press <Enter> or <Space>.

 

Specify base point or displacement:

Specify your base point.

 

Specify second point of displacement or <use first point as displacement>:

Specify the second point of displacement. If you would like to enter the second point relative to the first using a distance and angle or a change in X and Y coordinates you can press the toolbar button or type in (RELATIVE).
