Select attributes, text, mtext, dimensions, hatching, attdefs, APS architectural symbols, doors (in plan), or windows (in plan):
Select one or more drawing reference symbols and press
<Enter> or <Space> and the following dialog appears:

Enter the location, sheet number, and "SIM" etc. if needed in the
boxes shown or...

check the box in the middle to link this callout to one of the titles in
your drawing set.

Once checked the list of sheets with APS titles is shown from the current
project on the left box.
Note the drawing reference file listed at the top of this area. Verify that
this is the correct file for your current project.
Then select a sheet and the titles from that sheet are displayed. Select a
title and the information from that title is entered in the callout symbol and
the callout is linked to the title so that if the title moves or changes the
callout symbol will update with it automatically.
You may still enter text in the "Sim/Opp..." box near the top of
this dialog as needed.
The location and sheet attributes will be filled in for you and the dialog
will close when you select the title to reference.
The
button discards any changes and closes this dialog.
The
button brings you to this web page for help during the command (without
canceling)
