This drawing referencing system does NOT use AutoCAD's sheet set
manager, you do NOT have to have AutoCAD Architectural Desktop and it will
work with AutoCAD versions: 2000, 2000i, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010.
Command:

Select attributes, text, mtext, dimensions, hatching, attdefs, APS
architectural symbols, doors (in plan), or windows (in plan):
Select attributes, text, mtext, dimensions, hatching, attdefs, APS architectural symbols, doors (in plan), or windows (in plan):
Select a drawing title and press
<Enter> or <Space> and the following dialog appears:

First note the drawing reference file listed at the top of this dialog.
Verify that this is the correct file for your current project.
Then enter the information for the drawing title in the boxes.
Pressing <Enter> when in any of the boxes above is the same as
pressing
.
The dialog will close and the values will be updated in both the drawing title
and in the project reference file listed at the top.
The
button
discards any changes made and closes the dialog.

brings you to this web page for help during the command (without canceling).
