What You Should See in AutoCAD

When you first open AutoCAD® you should see several new toolbars and a few new pull-downs from the APS system. It might look similar to the following:

The number, location, and buttons shown may vary. The above image is from AutoCAD release 2004.

Newer versions of AutoCAD display fewer toolbars and the latest few will also display the APS ribbon panel.

If you do NOT see any changes and no new toolbars see:

and/or

Installing the APS software manually

 

Once our software is installed we highly recommend that you take a look at the section titled Getting Started in the user's manual to help familiarize yourself with setting up and using the APS software.
